Hair Cuttery Hires VMT for Social Marketing Campaign

Vision Multimedia Technologies (VMT) announced today that it has been engaged by salon chain Hair Cuttery to work on several digital communications projects, including: Web site redesign, social marketing strategy development, pay per click advertising, search engine marketing, electronic lead capture and comprehensive reporting and analysis.

VMT staff will be redesigning the Web site using an open source content management system called DotCMS that incorporates social media functionality such as blogging and electronic newsletters. The new Web site is slated to be launched in fall of 2009.

In addition to the Web site redesign, VMT will be assisting Hair Cuttery with the launch of an innovative company-wide social marketing promotional campaign. Hair Cuttery’s stylists will be trained by VMT on methods of engaging and reacting to various social media outlets and promoting their services online.  VMT’s proprietary software solution will enable Hair Cuttery to track sales leads and results that originated from social networks used by the stylists.
