COLA Awarded Microsoft 2009 Customer Excellence Award in Healthcare

Vision Multimedia Technolgies, LLC ("VMT") is pleased to announce that their customer, COLA, Inc, was recognized by Microsoft® with a 2009 Microsoft Dynamics Customer Excellence Award for excellence in Healthcare and will be honored by Microsoft executives at an awards luncheon on Tuesday, March 10, at Convergence 2009 New Orleans, the premier Microsoft Dynamics user conference.

The 2009 Customer Excellence Awards, which are presented in 11 categories, recognize and celebrate Microsoft Dynamics customers that have achieved notable accomplishments using their Microsoft Dynamics solutions. 

COLA was recognized for its strong commitment to healthcare. Working with Microsoft Dynamics certified partner Vision Multimedia Technologies, LLC of Baltimore, Maryland, COLA delivered on its objectives for improving the quality of laboratory medicine through the development of a system that provides for more efficient laboratory accreditation and improved education and training.

Established in 1997, the Customer Excellence Awards are awarded each year at the Convergence user conferences in the US and Europe.  Microsoft Dynamics customers, partners and team members submit nominations.  Judging teams for each of the 10 categories rated nominees on creativity, vision, and business benefits.  Proposed winners for each category were then presented and reviewed by a panel of Microsoft executive judges for final approval.  As part of that final review winning customers were chosen including the Overall Excellence Award winning customer.
