Founded in 1998 by Brian Razzaque, while he was an undergraduate student at Johns Hopkins University, VMT continues to be recognized as one of the top innovative and entrepreneurial technology firms in the mid-Atlantic region. VMT's team consists of the area's most sought after web developers and topnotch marketing, sales, operations, and support staff. Additionally, VMT's leadership team brings an impressive array of qualifications to each client engagement with their extensive experience in information technology, business analysis, process consulting, and project management.

Brian Razzaque, Founder & CEO

Brian_Bio_Image.JPGA native of Michigan, Brian Razzaque founded Vision Multimedia Technologies when he was a teaching assistant in the computer science department at the Johns Hopkins University. His highly visible position and solid reputation enabled a number of businesses hoping to capitalize on the dot-com boom to seek him out and engage him as a consultant. This ultimately led to the formation of VMT in 1998. He graduated in 2000 with undergraduate degrees in both computer science and biology. He has been recognized by both SmartCEO magazine and the Baltimore Business Journal for his entrepreneurial spirit and contributions to the Baltimore technology community.

Bruce Wallick, President

A native of Baltimore, Bruce received a degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. Over the last 38 years he has worked in the industrial/commercial insulation industry building a distribution network in the Mid Atlantic and Gulf Coast States. During his extended career in this industry Bruce has been a leader in digital management applications to create higher efficiencies in all aspects of distribution. He has written many articles on the industry and digital business applications, resulting in a course titled "Material Management for Profitability". His research on trends in the industry led to publication of "Hidden Costs of Material Management" and "The Digital Nervous System". During his career Bruce was the principal of BWI and President of Distribution international. Upon sale of the companies in 1999 to SIG in Sheffield, England, he became the Managing Director in the USA. In 2008 Bruce transitioned from Distribution International to pursue consulting interests as BWI Hampton, LLC, offering business owners strategic development planning. Before joining VMT, LLC he presented a program entitled "The Value of Distribution in a Global Market" for the national sales meeting of a major international manufacturing firm. Bruce will be involved in all aspects of business development at VMT.

Anne Sigman, Vice President & Business Process Consultant

Anne.JPGAnne Sigman leads many of VMT’s client engagements and business development activities.  Her professional experience as a business process and technology consultant spans 25 years and includes such major corporate clients as World Duty Free Americas, Alcoa Aluminum and BT/Corporate Express. She has also served as a consultant to state and local government agencies for enterprise wide e-commerce projects as well as to not-for-profit organizations looking for web based applications to improve workflow and reduce expenses. She has also managed, designed, developed and implemented software solutions for retail point of sale, wholesale and retail distribution and financial accounting systems. She founded and managed a software development firm that was subsequently bought and became a division of CBQI, a publicly traded firm. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from George Washington University.

Sarah McNew, J.D., Director- Operations & Project Manager

Sarah McNewSarah McNew serves as VMT’s director of operations and project manager overseeing the day to day operations, including human resources, finance and accounting, and project management for clients. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in English and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan. She was admitted to the Michigan bar in 2006.

Amy Capellman, Project Coordinator


Amy Capellman serves as a Project Coordinator for VMT where she supports several clients on a day to day basis and an overall project basis along with training.  She is a graduate of Unviersity of Maryland, Baltimore Country (UMBC) with a bachelor of science degree in Information Systems.  During college, she worked at CVS Pharmacy and is a National Certified Pharmacist Technician. 




Christina Royster, Director- Marketing & Communications

A Baltimore native with experience in situation comedy writing, journalism and marketing for nonprofit organizations, Royster is the former Director of Marketing & Communications for Irvine Nature Center in Owings Mills, Md.  Her diverse career path spans from Hollywood Insider and situation comedy writer for television shows like "Sister, Sister" and "For Your Love" to staff writer for Baltimore City Paper where she won awards from the A.D. Emmart Association, the Association of Black Media Workers and the Society of Professional Journalists.  Her seven year career in journalism and marketing have included a focus on education and the environment. For VMT, Royster will manage the firm’s corporate social marketing accounts in addition to the marketing activities for both VMT and SocialToaster, the firm’s revolutionary social marketing automation platform.  Royster is a graduate of Morgan State University.  She has also served as Board Member and Marketing Chair for the Reisterstown, Owings Mills, Glyndon (ROMG) Chamber of Commerce, and is on the Board of the Social Media Club of Baltimore.
